As a baseball mom, I’ve been so impressed with Wisdom. My son Zack has been doing one-on-one hitting lessons with him, and the improvement in both his skills and confidence has been incredible. Wisdom is patient, positive, and knows exactly how to connect with kids while still pushing them to improve. Zack actually looks forward to his sessions and leaves feeling motivated every time.

We are taking a break for the summer due to family schedules, but we fully plan to continue training with Wisdom in the fall.

I was looking for a trainer and came across Wisdom on a platform. We chatted back and fourth about how I was older and getting back into the workout world after a few months off due to injuries. When we met he was awesome. He really listened to me and had me do the appropriate exercises to get me strong again and not hurt myself. Its the first time in a long time that I did hate going to work out. He mixed up my workout with legs arms and floor work and of course stretching.
